Good to know
Do I choose what I get?+
You choose the size. We choose the piece. Every box contains one VYRE garment of that silhouette, sealed before dispatch.
How is the rarity decided?+
Each sealed box is assigned a rarity at packing, following the published chances. Openings are independent — a previous pull never changes the next one.
Are the chances the same for every box?+
Chances are shown per box. Some boxes exclude the lowest tiers, so their odds are normalised and displayed on that product page.
What if the size doesn't fit?+
Sizes follow the fit guide on each product page. See Returns for our exchange policy on unworn pieces.
What does “retired” mean?+
Every VYRE collection has an ending. When a collection reaches retirement, its blind boxes are permanently removed from the store and the designs move into the VYRE Archive. No restocks. No reruns. No second release.
How long is a collection available?+
For a limited release period. A collection stays live until VYRE announces its retirement date — after that date it can no longer be purchased, whatever inventory remained.
